MET MET METAPHORS GALORE
In writing we have been learning how to use metaphors in a sentence.
Here is my writing with metaphors in blue writing.
Her long hair was a flowing golden river. Like Rapunzel's hair swaying from side to side, to and fro. she is a night owl. Staying up till around 11. Her lovely voice was music to his ears. She has a cordial voice and sings all night and all day. She will sing her heart away.
we had to choose three metaphors. Then we had to write a paragraph of writing as well as putting in our metaphors.

I liked how we had to pick our metaphors rather than our teacher give us our metaphors. I found that putting them into a paragraph was challenging because we had to make it make sense.
